In HARAPAN, we are committed to return the power back to the people. Tiada lagi lantikan ketua SPRM/Election Commission oleh Perdana Menteri. Tiada lagi kawalan mutlak ke atas media seperti TV3, Utusan, Berita Harian dll. Tiada lagi Perdana Menteri yang memegang jawatan menteri kewangan dan agensi2 yang lain sampai terlalu berkuasa.

Power will be returned back to the people and parliament. Kalau ada mana mana pihak pun yang mengamalkan rasuah, waima pemimpin HARAPAN pun, mereka akan diheret ke muka pengadilan.
